Refund & Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, face masks, neck gaiters, balaclavas and similar items can only be returned if they are unopened and unworn.

How to Return

To start a return or exchange, contact us at mohsinubf@gmail.com or WhatsApp/call 0345 2303535 with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you. Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer, easypaisa or JazzCash for cash-on-delivery orders within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
